Surjeet at TASK Driving Academy is fantastic. I started with zero driving experience and real anxiety about being on the road, and he was kind, patient, and clear with his instructions right from lesson one. He has a great way of putting nervous students at ease while still teaching solid, safe driving habits. He coached me all the way from a complete beginner to passing my test and getting my license, and every lesson felt well-structured and easy to follow. He was also completely reliable — always showed up on time, and never once missed or rescheduled a booked lesson. I took a couple lessons with Surjeet from Driving School Vancouver a month before my road test. Even though I had several years worth of experience driving outside of Canada, I had a couple skills to improve on. Surjeet was awesome and extremely helpful at building my confidence driving in busy Vancouver downtown, and supported me in developing key skills. Surjeet is an excellent driving instructor. He is incredibly patient, flexible with scheduling, and always makes sure each lesson is productive and comfortable. I really enjoyed my lessons with Task Driving Academy. The instructor is very calm and friendly, and has a great teaching style. He gave me lots of opportunities to practice the skills I was less confident in, and ramped up the difficulty in a very approachable and gentle way while I gained confidence. 10/10 would go for a drive again.
